🆕Configure Staff Roles/Permissions in Agenda Master

Click on Instructor… #

Scroll through the Instructor Permissions and Personalize the system. Toggle the switch on or off based on what you would like your staff to access/view. #

Click on Executive…. #

Scroll through the Executive Permissions and Personalize the system. Toggle the switch on or off based on what you would like your staff to access/view.

Click on Office Manager… #

Scroll through the Office Manager (Admin Asst) Permissions and Personalize the system. Toggle the switch on or off based on what you would like your staff to access/view.

Click on Franchisee… #

Scroll through the Franchisee Permissions and Personalize the system. Toggle the switch on or off based on what you would like your staff to access/view.

Scroll down after ANY Changes. Click on Save Changes #

Go to Staff Management to Set INDIVIDUAL Permissions to each staff member #

Click on the Action Button and Edit Staff Member #

Choose the Roles/Permissions that you want the Staff to have access to within the system #

Staff Type dictates which SERVICES can be booked on them. #

We suggest to still leave them Instructor/Executive.

This section has NO BEARING on the permissions you just set and will be absorbed in a future update.

The system view/access buttons will now change depending on how you set up your Permissions. These Permissions can be changed and saved at anytime. #
