Services allow you to schedule events that are attached to a specific student and can be followed on the Student Dashboard
Only 5 “Chats” are used/reported as Tries (T) and Sold (S) on the Studio Business Report.
DE Chat/Pre Chat: The first chat you have when a student comes in for their first lesson
ORI Chat: The Original/Foundation/Starter program Close
EXT Chat: The Extension/Bronze Close
REN Chat: Every Renewal Close

Click on Edit Status #

Click on Service Status #

Choose the outcome of the Close #

Click on Save #

Click on Edit Status #

Click on Service Status #

Click on Sale #

Click on Save #

On the Day View #
You’ll notice the No Sale Try turns Red and the Sale Try turns Green. (Think it over would turn orange). These will be the Tried/Sold (T/S) recorded on the Studio Business Reports and give you your Sales Percentages on the Staff Success Reports.

Most other Service Events don’t need to be “posted” #

Click on Edit Status #

You can edit the status or leave them as pending #
Leaving them pending will keep them listed on the student service list on their Dashboard allowing you to follow their time in the school

Click on close #
