Post Onboarding Data Request

Firstly, because of HIPPA laws, you will need to send an email to your provider. 
You can email them at:

iDance (Cloud/Desktop/Booking Pro): [email protected]

Please copy Kenny, Aimee and Troy as well, [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected] just so we know the process has started.  It has typically been a 1-2 week turnaround time for you to receive your data directly from the providers.  Our data “dump” will be 100% historically complete as of the date you request.  We will house the entirety of the data on your account in case you need an inactive student to be “brought back to life”. 

The providers have told me that they need the following verbiage: 

You (state name) are requesting your (studio name) data from (Put your Program Name and the Providers Name). (This email will need to include your name and the specific studio name)

Feel free to let him know you’re moving over to the new Agenda Master system.

You will probably get your data from your provider at some point in the next few weeks.  Please forward that to me ASAP so I can have my team start working.  (Keep an eye on your junk/trash folders. Some others have found the email in there)
