Current/Active Student List #

You need to compile a list of your CURRENT/ACTIVE Student Roster from your current operating system. You can do this in a variety of different ways (print it out, export your inventory, or just type out yourself), but the real key here is to BE SELECTIVE when you are choosing who you move into the new system. You will then be entering this student roster/list into the Agenda Master Studio’s Student Spreadsheet. You will be given a specific deadline/cut-off date for this data (based on your cohort runtime). Please note that there is Critical Information that needs to be transferred over like: Student Name, Email, Phone, Address, Inquiry Date, Lesson Information, and Executive/Instructor information (these are the mandatory fields). This is the information that you will need on hand to fill in the Studio’s Student Spreadsheet (next step)!

There is a unique link to your studio’s specific student spreadsheet: it will be provided to you by email after you’ve been select to a cohort.

  • AGAIN, please note that you will be given a specific submission deadline/cut-off date for this data (based on your cohort runtime)!

Follow Agenda Master Migration Google Drive Link #

You’ll get a Google Link with a migration spreadsheet, personalized for your studio, emailed to you. It’s been designed especially for you, complete with YOUR studio’s Packages and Staff members (available in a drop down in the appropriate columns).

Enter your Active Student body (From your Studio Inventory Report or Active/Inactive Student List). Make sure anyone who has a lesson booked, is added to this list. #

Enter the student’s personal info:

Student 1’s First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Cell Phone #
If Applicable, enter their partner’s info:

Student 2’s First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Cell Phone #

Optional:
Address, City, State and Zip

(Now move to the next part of the spreadsheet)

Continue entering the student’s Enrollment History #

Inquiry Date: (used to keep the history of the student and it will be the date of their “History” Enrollment)

Package: We will use our “History” system package to put in your Total Lessons Taken

If Paid In Full (no Payments due): #

Total Lessons Enrolled: This is a cumulative count of ALL lessons enrolled (including the Intro)

Total Lesson Taken: All lessons taken by the student and charged to the account

Total Lessons Available: (NOT REMAINING) Simply copy the Total Lessons Enrolled #, from column O.

If the Student has Lessons Remaining and Balance Due: #

Total Lessons Enrolled, Taken and Available: Put the full amount TAKEN in columns O, P and Q. We will have you add the Remaining Lessons, any Paid Ahead Amounts and Balance Due to their account during our training classes.

Current Lesson Rate: Enter the MOST CURRENT lesson rate the student is on from their MOST CURRENT Enrollment

Executive: Use the dropdown to choose the Executive (used for enrollments)

Instructor: Use the dropdown to choose the Instructor (used for enrollments)

Instructor 2 (optional): If you choose a second teacher, the Enrollment credit will be split 50/50

Notes (optional): This section can be copied and pasted from your system directly into the spreadsheet and will end up on your student account. Feel free to copy and paste and pertinent information you may want to have in Agenda Master.

The file will automatically update to the Google Drive when you close it. #

Our Migration Specialists will work side by side with you and highlight any accounts that are completed and uploaded while you’re filling out your Active Student Body. Please make sure to have the file completed and submitted BEFORE you show up to class (and not the night before). Our Franchisee Liaisons will help you stay on top of the process.
