Enable Lesson Reminder Emails

This walkthrough is designed to help you maneuver through the new email verification process. To avoid bogging down your studio email, all emails will come from “[email protected]”. The students will see Arthur Murray as the sender and whatever subject line you choose. We have included a generic statement for ease of use. And have placeholders for the schedule information, date, time, student names and teacher names. If there are two students attached to the lesson, AND two emails, they will both get a personalized verification for the lesson. The emails are no-reply, with the studio information along the bottom. If you change the wording, I suggest you include the studio phone number and that they should contact the studio if they need to reschedule.

Configure Subject line and Body of email #

All emails will come FROM “Arthur Murray”. The email subject line is the header for the email. Feel free to change the wording and include a new placeholder.

You can use what’s included or rewrite it. Placeholders can be included for more accurate dates, times, teachers and student names. Place the cursor where you want the placeholder, open placeholder and choose what you’d like to relay within the email.
