The following will create a new student account that will NOT count as an inquiry. You would use this in an instance of a visiting student (TTE)

Click on Students… #

Click on Add Student Account #

Enter students first name #

Enter students last name #

Enter student’s email address (Required) #

Select gender #

Enter phone number #

Enter any account notes #

Select the Inquiry Taker #

Select the Types of Dances they are interested in #

Select as many as you would like.

Uncheck ‘Schedule First Lesson’ #

Since this is NOT an inquiry you want to turn this selection off.

Click on Create Student Account #
