LESSON Packages #

DE or Dance Evaluation:  A first lesson in the studio that has NO CHARGE attached. 
Typically 1 lesson.

PRE or Pre Original:  A first lesson in the studio that has some sort of charge attached to it.  ($10/$25/$50+)  Typically 1 lesson.

ORI or Original:  The students first package of lessons AFTER their first lesson.  Typically 4 or 6 lessons.  Multiply by your Unit rate and give a discount if desired.

EXT or Extension:  The first “larger” program that the student enrolls on.  This can be any amount of lesson from 1 – 150.  Multiply by your Unit rate and give a discount if desired.

REN or Renewal:  Every program that the student enrolls on AFTER the EXT.  This can be any amount of lesson from 1 – 150.  Multiply by your Unit rate and give a discount if desired.

Bonus Lessons:  Complimentary lessons given to the student as a prize or gift

EVENT Packages #

MISC or Miscellaneous:  Any event that the studio is participating in.  This could be a Competition (Dance O Rama), Showcase, Medal Ball (Graduation), Spotlight Party, Guest Party, Etc.  (Non Dance Trips and Cruises are also included in this category)

ITEM Packages #

SUN or Sundry Items:  You’ll create a package for ITEMS that you sell if your studio sells Shoes or Rents/Sells Costumes.  (These items are not subject to Royalty Fees)

COACHING Packages #

NON UNIT PRIVATE/NON UNIT GROUP:  Any lessons being sold OUTSIDE of the students current, in studio program.  Typically enrolled on if the studio has a special Traveling Consultant visiting the school.  Lessons are enrolled separately, and usually charged at a higher rate.
NON UNIT PRIVATE = 1 on 1 with the Coach and the Student/Teacher.

NON UNIT GROUP = Master Class/Dance Seminar = Class setting with the Coach and numerous students.
