Scroll down to “Lesson Enrollments” #

Click on Add Enrollment #
You can see the “History” Enrollment we put in for her 10 Taken/Paid lessons. Now we want to create a second Enrollment which will show Remaining and Balances Due.

Enter the “New” Enrollment #
A pop-up will appear allowing you to enter an Enrollment for the remaining lessons and balance. In this instance Phoebe has 15 more lessons remaining. 5 are paid ahead and available. She has a balance due of $1500 on the other 10.

Change the date to match either the last Enrollment, or students inquiry date. #

Choose “History” #
This will keep the Enrollment from being reported on this weeks reports.

We’re positive that you already have a signed Enrollment in your studio. The “X” shows us that this is the case and you can produce it if necessary.
If the student is currently NOT paid ahead (balance due = amount of lessons remaining) Save and Add: Finishes the Enrollment process and puts the lessons on the student account
If the student is currently paid ahead ANY amount select Save and Pay: Takes you to the Payment screen

Edit the Payment Date if you’d like to #

Enter the Paid ahead amount #
Phoebe has 5 lessons paid ahead. Her lesson rate is $150. 150×5 = $750.

Select Exempt Adjustment #
This Payment Type will be used for the History Enrollment, so the receipt doesn’t show with a Royalty Fee Due. The money was collected and reported through your other system.

Click on Save Payment #

Close out the Receipt #
In the future this receipt can be printed for the student, emailed to them or simply closed. Today just close

The pop up will close and the dashboard will update. #
